Edupf will issue a 100% refund of the order amount under the following circumstances:
- If the live webinar/On-Demand/Pre-Recorded webinar is canceled by Edupf due to unforeseen circumstances, acts of God, or technical problems.
- If a customer cancels at least five days before the scheduled webinar date.
Edupf bears no liability for a refund in the following scenarios:
- If a customer/attendee leaves the webinar prematurely after logging in.
- In the case of technical problems at the customer/attendee’s end.
Refund Policy for DVD/Transcript/Any Digital Download:
Edupf will provide a 100% money refund under the following conditions:
- Cancellation of DVD/CD or Transcript order before the webinar occurrence date.
- If the customer receives a damaged or non-functional DVD/CD, the customer must return it within 20 days after delivery.
No refund is possible for transcript or any other digital downloads.
Refund Policy for Combo Offer:
This policy applies when a customer purchases any combination of Live Webinar, On-demand, DVD, Transcript, or any digital download.
- In the case of a partial cancellation at least five days before the webinar occurrence, the customer will be charged based on the original price of the product availed, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- The refund policies for Live/On-demand/Pre-recorded Webinar and DVD/Transcript/Any digital download apply independently and collectively to the combo offer policy.
